Please complete the below form to prepare your corporate ticket package. Once submitted, a member of the Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival team will reach out to confirm your order, method of payment and issue an order with the proper discounting reflected based on your qualifying tier.

General Admission Tickets & Order Deadline

General Admission tickets are issued and paid for via Showpass, GST and service fees will apply. Deadline for submitting corporate orders is September 26th, 2025. A minimum of 10 tickets must be purchased to receive corporate pricing. Corporate tickets are not refundable or exchangeable.

Sampling Coupons

All attendees will need to purchase sampling coupons ($1.00 each) to use in exchange for samples of food, wine and other beverages. Sampling coupons are sold in bundles of 10 ($10.00/ bundle). Service fees apply if sample coupons are paid via Showpass.

Invoice Details

Please confirm the quantity of ticket and sample coupons requested below. Pricing for tickets will be applied when your invoice is issued. A member of the Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival team will be in touch after the completion of your form to confirm details and issue an invoice with the proper discounts and line items applied. CORPORATE TICKET PRICING:

  • Friday Evening: $23.00 (Regular Price $33.00)
  • Saturday Afternoon: $17.00 (Regular Price $25.00)
  • Saturday Evening: $25.00 (Regular Price $36.00)

*Available when a minimum of 10 tickets are purchased.

SAMPLING COUPONS: Sampling coupons are required to sample food and drink on-site. Pre-purchase sampling coupons and receive an even BETTER discount on corporate tickets.

  • Purchase 20 sampling coupons per person, receive an additional 20% off, purchase 40 sampling coupons per person, receive an additional 40% off, and so on!
  • Purchase 80 sampling coupons per person, and the tickets are COMPLIMENTARY!
