Registration Information - Step 1 of 5

Promotional booths are for companies looking to promote their brand, products or services to a food and beverage loving audience. Exhibitors are encouraged to offer small complimentary samples or engage consumers with giveaways or games. Fully packaged items can be sold for cash or card within the booth space. Sampling coupons may be accepted with approval from Festival Management.

APPLICATION QUESTIONS

Please list the products or services you will be showcasing in your booth(s). Products are subject to approval by Festival Management.
Please indicate any special requests or notes including, booth placement, multiple booth layout, other exhibitors/products to be placed besides, large set ups, vehicle set ups, etc. Festival Management cannot guarantee all special requests.

GENERAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Upon submitting a completed registration form or signed contract, participating Exhibitors acknowledge and accept the Festival Terms & Conditions linked below. Violation of the Terms & Conditions will result in immediate closure of an Exhibitor Booth and potentially a fine. Please read carefully.
All exhibitors must provide a certificate of liability insurance in the amount of $3,000,000 (three million dollars) to participate in events by Dunollie Castle Productions. ‘Dunollie Castle Productions Inc.’ must be named as an additionally insured. Please acknowledge this requirement by checking the box.
